Antique Candle Subscription

Shipping will be charged either monthly or quarterly (please refer to your specific subscription).

Orders will begin to ship the 5th of every month.

Example:

If you place your order Janurary 12th, your order will ship out within 3-5 business days… Then the shipments will start to ship the 5th of every following month.

Orders placed after the 15th of any month will automatically be enrolled in the following month's candle.

The antique candle subscription is set up to auto renew each month, quarter, or year (please refer to your specific subscription).

If you would like to cancel, please reach out to Hannah@filomenasflowers.com ATLEAST 5 days prior to your next billing cycle. If you reach out after this, you will be charge for the next month and canceled for the following month. We do not issue refunds.

Changes must be made by the 1st of the month (shipments start the 5th). Any changes to shipping/destination should be sent to Hannah@filomenasflowers. com. Please include the following details in your email:

Payments are set up as an automatic renewal. By purchasing a Monthly or Quarterly Subscription, you are agreeing to a recurring Monthly or Quarterly Subscription fee at the then-current rate. You accept responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel your subscription. You may cancel your Subscription at any time, subject to the terms of our cancellation policy. Cancelation terms may be found in the "Cancellation Policy" section. 

If your payment is declined due to insufficient funds or an invalid card is on file, you will be notified via email. A second attempt to collect payment will happen (7) days after the first attempt. You will also receive notification of a successful payment update via email.

Details: 

• Hand-poured into an antique, up-cycled, glass using soy wax. 

• 5-8 ounces with a  8-12 hour burn time

• Glass dimensions: each month will vary and will determine ounces/burn time

Ingredients Include: 

• Essential Oils 

• Lavender flowers 

• Soy wax

• Lead-free Cotton wick 

• and of course a little love :) 

Candle Safety Instructions: 

• Never leave a burning candle unattended.
• Never use water to extinguish a candle; this is extremely dangerous as it can cause excess heat and steam, which may cause the container/glass to explode.
• Ensure wicks are upright and trimmed to 7mm (1/4 inch) during use and each time candle is relit.
• Never move a burning candle. Ensure candle is extinguished, wax is solid and jar is cold before handling.
• Candle tins may become hot. Burn candle on an appropriate flat heat-resistant surface.
• Avoid using in drafty areas, near an open window, air duct or fan.
• Keep away from children, pets and flammable materials.
• Do not use lid to extinguish candle.
• Don't burn a candle all the way down. Extinguish the flame if it comes too close to the holder or container.
